I have taken the iniative to get a Bad Company 2 server going for us all to enjoy....

It is default CONQUEST 24/7 at the moment....

Below is the important information to find them...

What's the difference with the teamspeak? Is there a reason we can't a channel on the server GCGG already uses?

I will probably get the game, but not until after I've finished my teaching placement in June. I might get distracted and play when I should be lesson planning... Tongue

One can use any TeamSpeak they wish... We already have a channel for Bad Company 2 on our current TS server, for example...

The TeamSpeak 3 server is icing on the cake and comes free with the game server.

TeamSpeak 3 is a very nice update to the program, however, and allows for loads more functionality, both as a TS admin and as someone using it...

For example - you can file share with someone on TS3 with you directly via TS3....

The Bad Company 2  server is hosted via NFO and is a 32 man server running with CPU priority for the game... It runs great - I was just on it.

tried to download TS3 and it would not work can someone explain please what ts3 we need and how to hook up to TS3 because i tried and it would not connect

Also, for those of us behind the time (read:  'OLD'), what is "Bad Company 2", and where is the 'game server' list, or is that the default MoH server list (not the quick connect menu)?

"Bad Company 2" is a new game that was recently released by EA Games.

You need to have the new game in order to use what he is talking about above.

I've never paid $50 for a game, probably never will.  I wait for them to get down to about $20.  Problem is that by then, everyone else already has it and is really good while I'm still learning.

Well, by the server logs we has 22 people on the server last night fragging it up and having lots of fun....

A GREAT start for the first day of the server (not even up 24 hours yet)

I got home this morning and logged on there was between 8 and 16 guys at different times.... Loads of fun!
